New Company, Donato-Designs, Is An AT HOME Architect and Design Award Finalist

Online, August 30, 2010 (Newswire.com) - A new Interior Designer in St. Louis, Kate Donato of Donato-Designs has been chosen as a finalist for the 2010 AT HOME Architect and Design Awards. Donato has been ranked among the top 3 in the Dining Room category by a prestigious panel of judges. This panel, which includes names such a Barbara Barry, Margaret Russell, Carol Rusche Bentel, and Lisa Frazar, are top names in the industry.

Kate Donato, owner and interior designer of Donato-Designs, will attend an Award Reception along with each of the finalists on October 21. This Award Reception will reveal the first, second and third place winners of each category, along with unveiling the November/December Issue of St Louis AT HOME. This November/December issue of the magazine will feature a large article including project descriptions and photos many of the winners.

Donato-Designs is delighted to announce the news of being chosen as a finalist for this competition partly because it is a very young company. Kate Donato established Donato-Designs in March 2010 and she is extremely proud to be ranked alongside so many great Interior Design Companies. Kate Donato, Owner and Designer, grew up remodeling houses and was always involved in the interior design, construction and art worlds. Kate followed up this background with a degree in Housing and Interior Design, an internship at CLB Interiors and working as the Designer for a home goods company in Chesterfield. Bringing together her various backgrounds, and feeling it was time to move out on her own, Donato-Designs was formed and will only improve on their already successful design work.
