Netsmart Acquires Selman-Holman to Join McBee Financial, Clinical and Operational Strategic Advisory Services
Netsmart announced today it has acquired Selman-Holman & Associates from Briggs Healthcare Company, a Texas-based full-service consulting firm specializing in assisting home care agencies and hospices across the nation to maximize their potential through regulatory compliance, OASIS and coding accuracy and in-depth staff education and training. Selman-Holman will become part of McBee, a division of Netsmart.
WAYNE, Pa., June 30, 2021 (Newswire.com) - Netsmart announced today it has acquired Selman-Holman & Associates from Briggs Healthcare Company, a Texas-based full-service consulting firm specializing in assisting home care agencies and hospices across the nation to maximize their potential through regulatory compliance, OASIS and coding accuracy and in-depth staff education and training. Selman-Holman will become part of McBee, a division of Netsmart. McBee is the leading provider of OASIS, minimum data set (MDS) coding and advisory consulting services for post-acute care.
The acquisition of Selman-Holman, an industry-leading organization within the home care and hospice community, will extend the Netsmart CareFabric® platform with improved solutions for OASIS coding, Pre-Claim Review, enhanced regulatory support capabilities and strengthened educational offerings. The addition of Selman-Holman allows McBee to offer clients greater automation, training capacity, deeper benchmark comparisons and more specialized services than any other vendor in the market.
