NCS Launches 1200cc Large-Scale High Precision Constant Discharging Pump for OCR
Response with COATER 10th generation LCD and OLED.
Osan, South Korea, June 7, 2016 (Newswire.com) - NCS Co Ltd. has announced plans to launch in June of this year a large-sized OLED-equipped line required by high precise discharging pumps, one of the major accessories of slit coaters in touch panel display.
The pump being launched for 1200cc class is not just suitable for the gradually expanding sizes in the slit coater market but also adopted in the 10th generation OCR (Optical clear resin) coater in Touch Panel Display market. Of course, the pump can cover the performance of under viscosity 100cps and is able to respond to a maximum of 100,000cps during OCR (Optical clear resin) coating process. The driving part in a syringe-shaped structure is same as before model respond to constant volume change and is designed to allow precise control to be easily done by the host controller.
Moreover, the connection fluid pressure transfer from the driving parts (servo motor) uses an indirect oil transfer method that can withstand a maximum pressure of 3MPa, making it ideal for the high pressure transfer required by OCR coating without any particles, bubbles, any contamination. As the indirect fluid has a separate structure to prevent the transfer of connection fluid from the driving parts , as particles in the driving part are not delivered to the part in contact with the liquid but stay in the indirect liquid, So syringe pump happen to particle problem from sealing is 100% solved.
This system requires comparatively less maintenance and substitutes a pump for the OCR coater using indirect liquid method to reduce the risk of particles and allow for a rapid response to discharging condition changes. We expect that the product will serve as a mediator during the change to ever larger coaters mentioned earlier.
