N2Growth, a Top Executive Search Firm, Appoints Vera Sharova as Director, N2Growth France

PHILADELPHIA, July 19, 2019 (Newswire.com) - N2Growth, Inc., a global leader in human and organizational performance and a top executive search firm, announced the appointment of Vera Sharova as Director, N2Growth France. Ms. Sharova joins N2Growth's EMEAA Executive Search Practice, focusing on Board and C-level search assignments. Ms. Sharova will be leading N2Growth's Paris operations and will report directly to Jaco Erasmus, N2Growth's EMEAA CEO.

Prior to joining N2Growth, Ms. Sharova was a partner with CrossPractice, providing hands-on support and advisory services to the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry across four interrelated practice areas: M&A advisory, post-merger integration, operational excellence and executive search. Previous to that, she served as an investment advisor and portfolio manager at AKC Investment Partners. Ms. Sherova holds a BBA in Business Administration from EU Business School, and a Masters of International Management from Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya.
