My Lineage, Inc. Releases Customer Support Mobile App

My Lineage, Inc. announces the formal release of its Apple iTunes and Android application dedicated to increase the customer support experience.

San Diego, California - My Lineage, Inc., the leader in heraldry sales to the military, formally announced Monday the release of their customer support mobile application, a free app for both Android and Apple devices that allows current customers to access vital account updates as well as detailed research on their order. Beta testing and our internal My Lineage, Inc., review of this app has been universally positive.

"Very specifically we are targeting the existing customer," said Conor Coffey, President of My Lineage, Inc. "We wish to maintain contact and, of critical importance, allow each customer to see any updates or communications thus extending the levels of engagement with our customer base."

In addition to allowing current customers access to their accounts, new customers can browse the extensive list of My Lineage, Inc. products and make a purchase within the mobile app itself. After which they can create a personal account to access all of the great customer service features the app has to offer.

According to Conor Coffey, "Our customers have been migrating from dumb phones to smart phones over the last several years and in droves over the last year. Mobile internet is becoming most every customer's computing and communication platform of choice and we plan on being right there with them."
