MRM London Sets New Quality Control Benchmark With ISO 9001 Accreditation

The ISO 9001 standard sets in place rigorous benchmarks for quality management across all the company's business processes in providing data, digital and relationship marketing services to clients. It also sets in train a process of continuous service improvement, including both regular internal audits and external assessment to monitor progress against the ISO standard.

MRM London was awarded the standard after undergoing a preliminary review of key documentation followed by a formal compliance audit against the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. The third, future stage, will involve follow-up reviews or audits every six months to confirm that the organisation remains compliant.

This latest accreditation also follows the company's recent ISO 27001 certification for information security.
