Moxie Team Members Selected to Attend Bahamas Conference

Moxie personnel were selected to attend a recent national conference in the Bahamas. The individuals chosen shared their backgrounds and experiences.

​​The Moxie team of Arlington, Texas recently attended a national company conference. The corporate retreat, which took place in Nassau, Bahamas, was an opportunity for high achievers to network, learn, improve skills, and much more. Morgan, the director of operations, said, “We offer plenty of opportunities for exceptional individuals to explore interactions with fellow business people. This was a unique adventure, however, because it took place in the Bahamas.”

Members chosen to attend this conference were selected as a result of their particularly hard work and dedication to the team at Moxie. Morgan chose her leadership team based on their dedication and hard work. “Each valuable member has her or his own tale to tell,” said Morgan. “They come from different backgrounds and have unique experiences. However, they have all progressed in many ways, and functions like the recent retreat help them continue to do so.”

Moxie Team Members Chosen to Attend the Conference Have Much to Offer the Team  

Story, a campaign manager at Moxie, began in the business as a 19-year-old college student. “I originally started in this business as an intern hoping to gain experience, until I realized what an amazing opportunity I had,” she said. “I come from a very big sports background. Competing and coaching has always been my passion. That is the source of my emphasis on teamwork and drive to help others grow. I always advise others to be encouraging and supportive.”  

She went on to say, “I love seeing a light bulb go off in someone's head when something I've been helping them with clicks. I want people to look at me and say, "because of you...”

Inventory manager, Lexa, is another of their star performers. “I love seeing others light up when they finally realize they are capable of some pretty amazing things,” she said.  In terms of work advice, her background in psychology has helped her encourage others to work well together and pay attention to the details, “…and remember, I love anyone that brings me coffee.” She lives by the motto: “Magic happens outside your comfort zone.”
