Online, August 18, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Flint, MI based, Michigan Timber & Truss today announced effective, August 15, 2012, that it has been restored to normal operations through the approval of its plan confirmation by the honorable Judge Daniel S Opperman of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

In August 2011 Michigan Timber was bank-forced into Chapter 11 reorganization protection.
