Cardwell Ltd www.cardwell-limited.co.uk have increased their capacity of rolled bellows by installing a new rolling machine. This machine can roll up to DN 1200.

With this machine we have in total 2 rolling machines and 2 hydraulic machines. The hydraulic machines can manufacture bellows up DN 600. In our facilities at our mother company Belman in Denmark we can manufacture up to DN 6000 (up to DN 12000 in segments), and bellows are both rolled and punchformed.

From our two production entities we cover the full range of expansion joints and the dimension and scope of supply determines where we manufacture them. If our customers have special wishes/request for the site of manufacturing we of course do our outmost to adhere to that.
