Mesob Restaurant Responds to Facebook Fans with a New Savory Sunday Ethiopian Brunch

Online, March 30, 2010 (Newswire.com) - March 31, 2010 - Responding to requests from Mesob fans on Facebook (http://facebook.com/mesob) Mesob Restaurant in northern NJ will host its first Savory Sunday brunch, April 11, 2010, from 11am-3pm, with Ethiopian breakfast selections not featured on the regular menu.
Items will include a choice of Yetsom FitFit, the Ethiopian staple crepe-like "bread" made primarily of teff flour mixed with a vegetarian sauce, Yesiga FitFit, injera mixed with a meat sauce, Ful, a spiced dish of fava beans flavored with tomatoes, onions, garlic, and ginger, served with a side of yogurt and Telba, a drink made of hand-ground roasted flaxseeds mixed with milk or soy milk.

Staffed with a warm complement of family and friends, Mesob is owned by Berekti and Akberet Mengistu, sisters from Ethiopia.
