McMillin Realty Is Poised For Market Growth; Announces Updates
Online, June 20, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Isabel Hall, General Manager of McMillin Realty, has announced several updates to the company's growth initiatives, including office expansion news, as well as a few observations of the market in South San Diego County.
"This year has been monumental for McMillin Realty and the innovative programs we have launched, as well as those we continue to offer to our agents and clients," stated Isabel Hall, "Our TV commercial is spreading the word on our incredible Mobile App. By simply downloading the free McMillin Realty app onto one's smartphone, a person can see all MLS properties for sale in the vicinity, or anywhere in the county, including photos and pricing. Over 9,000 people have downloaded our Mobile App in the past six months."
Hall was also happy with the progress and feedback on the McMillin Realty concierge program for their sellers, and notes that traditional-type sellers, along with McMillin agents, absolutely love it. Highlights of the program include a professional photographer taking shots of the property and an abundance of printed marketing pieces as the listing comes to market.
McMillin Realty is also in the process of expanding offices. "We have completely remodeled our Terra Nova office, located at H St and 805 in Chula Vista," continued Hall, "And in July, we are opening an office in the high-energy Village Walk shopping mall in Eastlake."
Along with the mobile app, McMillin Realty debuted Ask McMillin, a unique publication that tracks real estate trends in the marketplace and around the county --- very hyper-local information, which is not easy to find and is valuable to sellers as well as buyers.
Earlier this year, McMillin Realty rolled out its new agent education program, McMillin U. This program has been wildly successful to date due to the hands-on access and daily coaching participants receive from a top-producing agent who is now helping new McMillin Realtors develop in the business.
As to the future, Isabel Hall notes a few observations. "In San Diego's South County, we are seeing the listing inventory of detached homes start to increase, anywhere from 15% to 40%," added Hall, "This is welcome news for buyers who are having to compete against ten or fifteen offers when they decide to purchase a property. The interest rate increase is giving homeowners that little nudge to move now if they intend to sell, then buy."
McMillin Realty has made significant efforts to position itself for the market recovery we are currently experiencing. The company's marketing, websites, tools and technology have all been recently upgraded to handle the business growth in San Diego County. "We have so much to offer a seller, a buyer, and a real estate agent," concluded Hall. "It is an exciting time for McMillin Realty, and I feel very fortunate to lead this team of top agents during this phase of renewal."
McMillin Realty, serving San Diego's South County, Downtown/Metro, and Coastal Communities, has operated as a San Diego real estate brokerage for over 50 years.
