Suitcase Designer Sees Strong Demand for Its MOVE Mobile Closet Carry On

Max Mirani®, maker of the iconic MOVE Mobile Closet suitcase, today announced it has expanded operations and distribution in Europe as demand grows for its popular carry on collection. Based in New York, the suitcase designer debuted in the U.S. in 2011 with features in The New York Times, NBC, Fox, Forbes, and at The Academy Awards. The company began European sales in Sweden earlier this year at two of the country's top retailers and now also sells in Germany, the UK, Denmark, and Spain in over forty luxury department stores, fashion shops, travel speciality stores, and online.

Fashion accessory shops are also carrying Max Mirani such as as Neye in Denmark adding to brands Hugo Boss and Coccinelle, and specialty travel shops such as Lundbergs in Sweden, Bon Goût in Denmark, and Buziness Class in London which sells luxury travel bags from top brands Longchamp, Brics, and Rimowa.

Max Mirani's online distribution in Europe includes Pro-Idee, a leading speciality products catalog in the UK and Germany, the innovative lifestyle and fashion video-shopping sites Moiimaak and Lusstra in Spain, and Loylogic of Switzerland, an e-commerce platform used by some of the largest loyalty programs in the world including Sas Eurobonus, Delta SkyMiles, and the Intercontinental Hotel Group.

In Q3, the company will begin distribution through select Tie-Rack stores, the British-based gentleman's accessories retailer with over 330 stores in 24 countries.
