Mattie Templeton Celebrates 100th Birthday at Hogan Park Nursing & Rehabilitation
MIDLAND, Texas, May 1, 2017 (Newswire.com) - Mattie Templeton will be celebrating her 100th birthday on May 3rd at Hogan Park Nursing & Rehabilitation, where she is currently living.
Templeton was born on May 3, 1917. She has resided at the facility since October of 2005. She is the daughter of Deratt and Lily Brookins and has four brothers, all of whom have passed away. Templeton was married in Alabama in 1944. She and her husband never had children. She was a hotel worker.

In Templeton’s spare time, she enjoys playing bingo and balloon volleyball with her friends at the facility. She has a love for Christ and regularly attends church services that come to the facility.

Hogan Park Nursing & Rehabilitation will host a birthday celebration on Wednesday, May 3rd, at 2:00 p.m., which is extended to the community.
