Matthew Homerin Joins ACS Logistics Holdings as Senior VP of Home Delivery Operations
ACS Logistics brings in another ringer to advance their position in the home delivery market.
MINNEAPOLIS, July 13, 2021 (Newswire.com) - ACS Logistics Holdings, the parent company of Allegro Home Delivery and DataTrec, today announced that Matthew Homerin has been appointed Senior VP of Home Delivery Operations and will be responsible for overseeing the Agent Dispatch, Agent Performance Management, Claiming, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Service teams.
Matthew comes to Allegro Home Delivery with more than 22 years of experience working in retail and service operations. He has played key roles in the launch of multiple in-home services for one of the nation's largest and most respected service retailers. Matthew will lead Allegro Home Delivery's asset and non-asset-based home delivery operations focused on the fulfillment of metropolitan market home deliveries and installations.
Homerin will lead Allegro's primary capabilities, which include Fitness, Appliances, Furniture, and Video Displays. His most recent experience overseeing more than 6M in-home fulfillments annually, with more than 2,000 dedicated teams fulfilling at an NPS above 75 nationally will play a critical role in the continued growth of Allegro Home Delivery's robust in-home offering.
