Martin Door Manufacturing is now offering grooved panel garage doors.
The new short-panel design is now an option for all Martin steel and copper garage doors, effective immediately, according to David Martin, chairman of Martin Door Manufacturing.
"It's neat to be able to add another jewel to our outstanding line of options for the customer," Martin said of the new design.
Martin notes the vertical grooves are fabricated in a newly designed, 3,500-lb raised panel die, adding unmatched definition and detail. Each vertical groove is pressed into the panel to a depth of approximately 1/8 of an inch. He stressed the new option is being offered at the same price as regular raised panel doors, without any compromise in safety or quality.
Martin's standard finishing touches include a beautiful wood-grain texture, embossed into copper metal or hot-dip galvanized, pre-painted steel with over 70 powder coat color choices.
Based in Salt Lake City, Martin has been in the garage door business since 1936.
