Widex, a Denmark-based global manufacturer, just finished the launch of BEYOND Z, which is a rechargeable solution for the company’s BEYONDTM range of hearing aids.

“We initially engaged with Marketsmith to design an online survey of audiologists, so we could understand why they recommended a particular hearing solution to their patients, as well as gain insight into their business needs,” notes Michael Tease, SVP, marketing, Widex USA.

MSI’s ability to ingest and analyze the data led to the next phase of the engagement, which was a national promotion that targeted audiologists via digital, direct mail and e-mail.

MSI created a dashboard using its patented i.Predictus marketing analytics platform to visualize performance trends comprised of sales data shared by Widex and promotional activity gathered by MSI. The dashboard measured the effectiveness of the four-month promotional campaign targeting audiologists that ended this past month.
