The company recently hired four new employees, in departments including sales, creative, and technology. They include:
Kaming Liu, Senior Art Director
Kaming is a digital/interactive art director with years of experience designing both digital and print projects for marketing campaigns and editorial content. Now residing in Randolph, NJ, he came from Hong Kong at age 19 and has a BFA from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
Kaming has worked on a variety of name brands such as Novartis, Tourism Island, PSEG, Depomed, AT&T, Hertz, Moen, Merck, Alcon, Reader’s Digest, Budget Travel, Kraft, Sanofi, and Penton Publishing.
As senior art director, Kaming collaborates with copywriters, account executives, creative directors, and project managers to brainstorm, develop, and implement creative ideas that target to business objectives.
Amanda Crossen, Junior Art Director
Originally from South Brunswick, NJ, Amanda has a BA from Pratt Institute in Communications Design. As a new college graduate, she has experience interning at several graphic design and marketing agencies in the tristate area, where she helped to develop concepts and designs for top brands such as Samsung, Comcast Xfinity, Trojan, and Marshalls.
As Junior Art Director, Amanda is responsible for developing creative content for our clients and non-profit organizations.
Kailey Savacool, Marketing Associate
Kailey is from Toms River, NJ and is a recent graduate of the University of North Carolina – Wilmington. She has experience as a PR and Marketing Intern at ADP Fitness. As a marketing associate on our sales team, Kailey is responsible for new business development, coordination of CRM campaigns, contributing to social media content, and creating videos for various marketing initiatives.
Tomasz Zgiet, Data Analyst
Our most recent college graduate, Tom was born in Bialystok, Poland, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics from Montclair State University. He has experience using Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, SQL, and data visualization tools. As a data analyst at Marketsmith, his daily responsibilities include data cleansing, data visualization, and dashboard creation/updating. He is also in charge of formatting large data sets for use in BI tools; large file uploads for database updates and researching trend analysis in incoming data.
