It was founded by President and CEO Mary Ellen Miller as a virtual marketing firm that pulls together some of the finest creative talent in the region. Miller attributes the firm's success to outstanding clients. "I have been really fortunate to work with some of the area's top business professionals, building their brands and developing communications strategies for them," says Miller. Miller has produced award-winning communications for clients including top websites and public relations and social media campaigns. "Staying on top of the latest trends is essential so that I can help my clients to better communicate with their customers," says Miller.

Miller is regularly asked to speak and write about personal branding and social networking for today's business world. She recently spoke to the Tri-Cities Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors, the Mortgage Bankers Association of the Tri-Cities, and the Johnson City Morning Rotary Club. Miller serves on the Johnson City Public Library Board, and is a business partner with The Summit Leadership Foundation. She serves as an officer for the local PTA and is an active member of her church. She holds a bachelor's degree in communications from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from East Tennessee State University.
