The international developer of Marina Towers in Melbourne, Hiap Hoe, has commissioned XSPlatforms for the development and installation of its facade access equipment that will provide its building maintenance personnel with unconstrained and safe but convenient access to the project’s shimmering glazing from floor to ceiling.

XSPlatforms’ Facade XS solution for this 3,795 sq. m (12.450 sq. ft.) integrated development consist of three roof cars: one fixed roof car and two traversing roof cars. All are equipped with glass replacement units to facilitate safe transport of glass panels from one area of the facade to another. These roof cars are driven by the latest and most innovative access technology. Here are their specifications:

The project is XSPlatforms’ biggest yet in Australia since it opened a branch in the country.
