Lumin Health LLC Announces That New Investors Acquire 100 Percent of Its Assets

PLANO, Texas, April 25, 2018 (Newswire.com) - MedOne Texas (“MedOne”) today announced that it has acquired the assets of Lumin Health, LLC, including its subsidiary Star Medical Center, LLC. MedOne is a private company and has no affiliation with the previous ownership of Lumin Health.

In the coming weeks, MedOne will announce its plans to provide a continuum of care for patients in the local North Texas community.
