FLAME (Foundation of liberal and management education) staged two plays in Chennai to promote the cultural of performing arts. The students of FLAME will be performing two short plays - Work in progress and Theatre in class

Backstage presents theatre by students of FLAME school of performing arts, Pune. The students performed two short plays-"Work in Progress" and "Theatre in Class" at 3 p.m and 7 p.m on November 19 at Museum Theatre, Egmore.

Work In Progress is an improvisation. The 60 minute piece is a result of their journey from the collections from the past to the expectations from the future and all the nuances encountered on the way.

On the other hand, Theatre In Class, which was written by renowned creation play- Wright, Jasen Boko, is a lighthearted look at the process of playmaking and all the obstacles range from restricted budgets, to the late coming actors, to a crew that doesn't understand the directors vision. The two play cast will include renowned artists from city and Pune.
