Ms. Jacobs, a Certified Public Accountant for over 15 years, previously held several executive financial positions where her responsibilities included finance, accounting, planning and budgeting in the non-profit, public and private sectors. Since joining Pinnacle in 2005, she has worked exclusively with Oracle's Hyperion software and is currently serving a two-year term on the Oracle Application User Group Hyperion SIG board. She has been instrumental in Hyperion implementation at numerous companies where she works with both clients and colleagues throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure communication, collaboration and the most sensible, comprehensive solution. Her solution expertise includes Strategy, CoE, SaaS, Managed Services, Consulting, Outsourcing and Training and custom hybrid solutions.
