This coming Monday, local football powerhouse, the Chaparral High Firebirds, have an impending date with destiny which would secure their own place in history by repeating as 5A-II State Champions with a win over Centennial High School.
Their secret weapon? A properly balanced meal before every game provided by Ling and Louie's served in troughs large enough to feed farm animals.
It's no secret that performance on the field has a direct correlation to the quality of nourishment the body ingests prior to physical activity.
