Ling and Louie's Asian Bar and Grill Fuels Championship Run for Chaparral High School Football Program

Scottsdale restaurant hires nutritionist, provides complimentary all you can eat dinner service for Chaparral High football players before every game.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ - The last supper. Three words often referenced as a precursor to great events throughout history. This coming Monday, local football powerhouse, the Chaparral High Firebirds, have an impending date with destiny which would secure their own place in history by repeating as 5A-II State Champions with a win over Centennial High School.

Their secret weapon? A properly balanced meal before every game provided by Ling and Louie's served in troughs large enough to feed farm animals.

It's no secret that performance on the field has a direct correlation to the quality of nourishment the body ingests prior to physical activity. Which is why Randy Schoch, owner of Ling and Louie's Asian Bar and Grill went as far as to hire an outside nutritionist to ensure that the Firebirds were receiving an optimal balance of protein and carbohydrates to properly fuel the team throughout the game.

Head Football Coach, Charlie Ragle, comments on the relationship, "I love that our boys can go into a restaurant like Ling and Louie's and enjoy some high quality food while relaxing before the game.
