Lincoln Capital Announces Lease Transaction for Unosquare at Allius Office Building in Guadalajara, Mexico
GUADALAJARA, MEXICO, March 28, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Lincoln Capital, a real estate developer and owner based in Mexico, today announced that it has signed Unosquare, an information technology consulting services firm headquartered in Lake Oswego, Oregon, to a five-year lease for approximately 560 sqm (6,027 sq ft) at its new Allius office building in Guadalajara. The location will extend the company's Latin American presence to four engineering offices, additional to their US offices in Oregon, Boston and San Diego.
Unosquare will benefit from having a full floor at the building, considered one of the top new office buildings in the city, and locsted in the up and coming Lafayette district of Guadalajara. The space will provide column-free layouts, 24-hour security and controlled access for both employees and visitors, additionally to the largest parking space ratio in the city.
