A thriving Pennsylvania economy has encouraged Limitless Strategies leaders to expand their operations. The firm's Director announced a hiring initiative aimed at recent college grads.

“It is the goal of all leaders at Limitless Strategies to build a team that has drive and determination, the ability to build relationships, and the capacity to care about one another,” explained Adam, the company’s Director of Operations. “We encourage ambition, but not negative competitiveness. This type of environment is especially attractive to the millennial generation, in Adam’s opinion, because this group has grown up in the digital age. When asked where he thought the best talent was to be found, Adam mentioned that Temple University was always a reliable source. Villanova and Penn State were also consistent producers of people with whom the Limitless Strategies team enjoys working. “College grads bring energy and excitement to the firm. Limitless Strategies Hiring Push Prompted by Economy

Demand for Limitless Strategies’ unique interactive marketing services is on the rise, which Adam credits to his team and the strong Pennsylvania economy. The state was not hit nearly as hard as others when the housing bubble burst back in 2008, and so has had a much easier time regaining any economic ground that was lost in the Great Recession.

“Back when the bubble first burst in 2008, the entire US economy shrank by almost three percent. Pennsylvania’s GDP, by contrast, only fell by about half a percent,” Adam explained. “Some people have looked at our state’s numbers for the last few years and thought that the economy was recovering very slowly, but in fact it didn’t suffer that much. We’ve been stronger than most states, and we’re really starting to pick up steam. Between that and the fantastic job my Limitless Strategies colleagues do at promoting brands and connecting with consumers, there’s never been a more exciting time to join us!”
