Limelight Appoints Leading Digital Marketing Professional

Online, February 29, 2012 (Newswire.com) - Limelight Networks is pleased to announce the strengthening of its European team with the appointment of Thom Poole as International Marketing Director.

Mr Poole, a professional, Chartered Marketer, brings more than twenty five years' international and digital marketing experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS), Telecom and training sectors to Limelight. He is responsible for all marketing operations in Limelight's European (EMEA) and Asia Pacific regions, supporting the local teams in association with the head office in Arizona. He is a fellow of the CIM and author of a number of marketing titles.

This is part of a wider expansion of Limelight Networks' operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa; and Asia Pacific, evidenced by a significant increase in sales and support staff resources over the last twelve months, and a subsequent move to larger premises in London.
