Everyone has wanted to say something important to someone and though they knew it needed to be said they just couldn’t bring themselves to say it? If so, understand why these very challenging situations can create a lot of stress in in life, but it doesn’t have to be that way. With lighthearted, fun activities we will help create openings for everyone to understand how to identify and maintain authentic self‐expression and feel good about it at the same time. In this upbeat evening participants can expect to:
- Get at the root of the discomfort and inability to speak.
- Learn how to say what needs to be said in a way that feels good and is easier for others to hear.
- Experience simple techniques for creating peace in yourself about these situations.
- Discover the 6 zones of Freedom and how they can liberate you from past conditioning.
- Understand how to use the Three Access Points to create a clear and powerful connection to each participants Internal Guidance.
