LaVonda Campbell's New Book 'The Cup of Coffee' is a Riveting, Headstrong Story of a Beautiful Widow Who Faces Difficult Decisions When It Comes to a New Man in Her Life.

"The Cup of Coffee" from author LaVonda Campbell is the story of a woman named Destiny, beautiful, smart, highly desirable, and completely in love with her daily cup of joe, but whose loss of her husband rallies her friend Elaina to have her girl's back in all things—especially now that Destiny has decided to move on, only to find herself having to choose between different "flavors" of coffee.

LaVonda Campbell, a native of Memphis and mother of four who owns the nonprofit organization Take Your Life Back Christian Center, has completed her new book, “The Cup of Coffee”: an engaging story of a beautiful coffee-loving widow making her difficult next move.

LaVonda shares, “It all began early one fall morning when Destiny was running late for work; although she knew her boss, David, wouldn’t mind because he admired her work ethics and everything about her, but Destiny had morals. Destiny could never miss a day stopping by her favorite coffee shop, Choose Your Flavor Café. Whenever Destiny made it to work, David always made sure he could see her when she arrived. David loved the way she walked in — full of confidence, her hair in a ponytail, dressed to the point where no curves were missed on her body, a smile to die for, and always had her cup of coffee. David had feelings for Destiny, but he would never let her know. David was a very attractive man himself. He was a mocha chocolate cup of coffee not very tall at all, handsome, beautiful white teeth, a gorgeous smile, a sexy bald head with his facial hair neatly groomed every day, and a body to die for. In other words, a nice piece of eye candy to go with your coffee. He was also a man who feared God because of the values instilled in him by his father who was a pastor.”

Published by Covenant Books of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, LaVonda Campbell’s new book is a deliciously exciting story that will resonate with readers facing Destiny’s problem — that of wanting to move on, but in the right way.

Campbell also offers Destiny as a role model who, despite her attractiveness, does not give in to selfishness and arrogance but instead defers to God to direct her life, including her romantic life.

Readers can purchase “The Cup of Coffee" at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes store, Amazon, or Barnes and Noble.
