Laura Monteiro To Host Elan Entertainment's Fashion Expos'e L.A.

Online, March 27, 2013 (Newswire.com) - Elan Entertainment Group enlists Laura Monteiro to host Fashion Expos'e L.A., a documentary movie that focuses on all of the things that continue to make Los Angeles relevant in the fashion industry, with Monteiro taking us inside of the inner workings of the L.A. version of the fashion scene.

Fashion Expos'e L.A. intends to take a playful look at what gives L.A. its scarcely clad fashion identity, from the port of Los Angeles where clothes are imported, to the downtown fashion district and beyond, Fashion Expos'e L.A. implores people on the streets and celebs alike to answer the question, "what does L.A. Fashion mean to you?"

Fashion Expos'e L.A. will feature a behind the scenes look with some of the industry's most innovative L.A. based fashion designers as Monteiro gives us a peek into how some of the best clothing, handbags, jewelry, and other accessories are crafted.

Elan Entertainment Group's, Michael Gerald and Landers Pierce are the producers with Gerald at the helm as director.

According to Gerald, also the show's creator, "Fashion Expos'e L.A. is intended to exude style, while trying to educate the audience on the business of fashion along Los Angeles' fashion past, present, and ever changing future".

Gerald says he was motivated to do the movie to shed some of the stereotypes and misconceptions about the Los Angeles fashion scene, while shining light on the new changes in the city that has L.A. constantly reinventing itself as it relates to fashion.

Fashion Expos'e L.A. has already begun test shooting and slated to begin full production April 29, 2013
