Larson Electronics Releases Flameproof LED Fixture, 56 Watts, 4' 2-Lamp, ATEX/IECEx Rated
KEMP, Texas, September 22, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting and equipment sectors, announced the release of a 56-watt flameproof LED light fixture designed for use in ATEX/IECEx rated flameproof environments. This fixture is equipped with two 28-watt LED lamps and is IP65 rated. This unit is compatible with 100-277V AC 50/60Hz and is protected by a carbon steel housing with a glass cover.
The HALS-AEC.EX-48-2L-LED flameproof LED fixture provides 7,000 lumens of light output in a flood beam configuration with various color temperature options, including 3000K, 3500K, 4500K, 5000K and 5600K. This LED light features a G13 bi-pin base that caters to T8-style LED tubes. This unit is made of carbon steel with a white plastic powder finish and polycarbonate with a glass lens. This unit is compatible with ceiling, pendant, chain hanging, angle bracket and other mounting configurations.
Larson Electronics’ flameproof LED fixture offers a lamp life 50,000+ hours and is ideal for ATEX/IECEx Zones 1 and 2, and Zones 21 and 22 flammable environments. This 4-foot, 2-lamp fixture features a T6 temperature rating and can operate in environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -25 degrees C to 55 degrees C. This unit features L1, L2, L, N and PE terminals for completing electrical connections and one M25 by 1.5” hub for feeding cables through. Suitable applications include paint spray booths, refineries, chemical manufacturing plants, and more.
