Larson Electronics Releases 25W Explosion Proof Integrated LED Fixture, 3,294 Lumens, 12-24V DC
KEMP, Texas, April 16, 2019 (Newswire.com) - Larson Electronics, a Texas-based company with over 40 years of experience spearheading the industrial lighting sector, announced the release of an explosion proof 25-watt integrated low-profile LED light fixture with a T5 temperature rating. This NEMA 3 and 4X rated fixture is approved for use in Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations and flammable work sites where vapors and dusts are present.
The HAL-19-25W-ITG-LED explosion proof integrated low-profile LED light fixture provides crisp white light and produces 3,294 lumens of light. This light measures only 3.92” tall and 18.73” long and weighs less than 15lbs. This 25-watt unit draws only 2.1 amps on 12 volts and is compatible with all 12-24V DC. This LED light is protected by a single impact and vibration resistant polycarbonate lens with the option for a frosted finish to reduce glare or a clear finish to maximize the light output.
Larson Electronics’ LED fixture’s assembly is housed in a low-profile one-piece, copper-free extruded aluminum body that can withstand harsh conditions. This unit is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups A, B, C, and D; Class I, Zone 2, Groups IIC, IIB and IIA; and Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F, and G hazardous locations. The high temperature rated silicone gasketing between the lens and housing gives this unit a NEMA 4X rating and keeps dust and moisture from getting inside.
This fixture is equipped with a supplemental 20 kVA/ 10 kVA surge protection and is designed to fit different mounting options, including swivel brackets, wall and ceiling brackets, and beam clamps. This fixture comes equipped with one 3/4" close-up plug and is suitable for use in paint spray booths, gas and chemical processing plants, waste treatment plants, and more.
