Tyler has represented employers in labor and employment law matters for more than twenty-five years. He’s represented employers in state and federal litigation, including defending claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, defamation, and unfair competition. He also counsels employers on personnel policies and procedures they need to comply with numerous laws and regulations. Tyler has significant experience representing employers regarding restrictive covenants and trade secrets, employee mobility issues, the defense of collective and class actions, traditional labor-management relations matters (including collective bargaining and the defense of unfair labor practice charges), ethics and corporate compliance issues, and international labor and employment law matters.
