Klemchuk LLP to Host 12th Annual Ethics CLE for Dallas IP Lawyers

The event will be held on Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Royal Oaks Country Club in Dallas and offers guests 90 minutes of ethics CLE credit in a fun and casual environment.
The CLE features two 45-minute presentations:
- Kirk Bowman will explore conflicts of interest in pricing, especially as it relates to attorneys. Kirk is the founder of Art of Value, a value-pricing consultancy in Dallas, Texas, and a practicing fellow at VeraSage. As a speaker, Kirk has presented to lawyers, accountants, creative professionals, marketers, and software developers. His recent sessions include the FileMaker Developer Conference, Pause on Error, VeraSage Symposium, Amplify Summit and WordCamp. He is currently writing his first book on pricing, which will be published in late 2016.
- David Coale of Lynn Pinker Cox & Hurst, LLP will discuss recent ethics and professional responsibility cases from the U.S Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, including the scope of the “attorney immunity” doctrine. David’s litigation experience supports his consistent recognition as one of the top appellate practitioners in Texas.
