With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, Baldieri brings a wealth of knowledge to her industry. When asked why she decided to pursue a career in hospitality, Baldieri said:
"I started out in the hospital industry as a hospital administrator. Then, due to family ties that were deeply rooted in food and beverage, I made the transition over to the hospitality industry. Fortunately, many things are parallel in these industries, as the handling of patients is very similar to the handling of clients. It's all service-oriented."
As a thought-leader in her industry, Baldieri is dedicated to sharing her expertise. She is often quoted in the prominent event planning blog CVent while she also regularly teaches classes to younger professionals in her industry. In a city known as the Entertainment Capital of the World, Baldieri understands the importance of being able to provide world-class service to her clients. Baldieri currently serves as the Director of Food & Beverage/Catering at Spanish Trail Country Club in Las Vegas, Nevada. She previously was the Director of Catering at the Lake Las Vegas Resort and the Director of Catering for the University of Nebraska-Omaha. She is a member of the National Association of Catering Executives, where she served as Past President, and a member of the Association of Club Catering Professionals.
