In 2001, Ms. Tucci received her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law. Prior to joining McCumber Daniels, Ms. Tucci focused her practice on the defense of physicians, nurses and hospitals in medical malpractice cases, as well as on complex litigation matters for insurance companies including civil rights and commercial vehicle transportation litigation.
