Reily Foods Company, the maker of Luzianne Iced Tea certainly knows how to celebrate a month practically created for them! From weekly free tea giveaways on Facebook and Twitter to a National Sweepstakes, Luzianne Tea has many events brewing to celebrate.

Starting in May and ending June 30th, the celebration kicked off with a Facebook campaign geared to engage brand loyalists and newcomers alike to vote whether they are Sweet or Unsweet. Voting in a Facebook Poll or using #RUSweetorUnsweet hashtags on Twitter puts participants at an advantage to win weekly coupons for free tea. On June 10th, National Iced Tea Day, Luzianne Tea will announce the results of the national R U SWEET or UNSWEET poll on all social platforms and news and media sites.

Facebook and Twitter both have been excellent platforms for educating the iced tea drinking public that approximately 85% of tea consumed in America is iced, and because Luzianne Tea is specially blended for iced tea, its lead to many loyalists sharing their recipes and love for the brand. Facebook fans can view and upload their own recipes for Sweet Tea, Unsweet tea and flavored teas.

Not only is National Iced Tea Month being memorialized online, Luzianne Tea is promoting the National Holiday with their Specially Blended Tour. A wrapped RV will stop at retail locations, community fairs and events in Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Georgia and of course, New Orleans, Louisiana, the birthplace of Luzianne. The tour features free sampling of Luzianne's green, sweetened and unsweetened black teas, branded giveaways and fun family oriented activities.
