John Eberhardt III Joins PremiStar as Chief Operating Officer

Growing HVAC, plumbing, and building automation company expands senior leadership team to support growth and customer value creation.

PremiStar, a leader in commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, and building automation services, announced today that John Eberhardt III has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will lead the company’s strategy for platform-wide value creation and delivery across the organization, including all operational activities to support PremiStar’s national growth strategies.

Before joining PremiStar, John served as Senior Vice President for Service at Comfort Systems USA (CSUSA). John was responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and growth of the service business across multiple regions and markets. His previous leadership positions included serving as Regional General Manager at Carrier for the Great Lakes/Chesapeake region and Vice President of Business Development at Syserco, an energy management services company based in Fremont, CA. John began his career in operations management at Johnson Controls where, over two decades, he assumed General Manager responsibilities at the branch, regional, and area levels, proving himself as an innovative change agent in driving growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
