Redirect Athletics aims to use sports and exercise as an outlet to help kids target anger, depression and other emotions. The program pushes participants to complete tasks despite being tired or sore, no matter how difficult. They use boxing bags to provide a healthy outlet to release negative energy and express frustrations. Along with fitness, group discussions are conducted where specific topics are covered.
