With over 10 years of experience, Mr. Ward brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and, in particular, to his area of expertise, the real estate market of the southern Indiana towns of Charlestown, Clarksville, Corydon, Elizabeth, Floyds Knobs, Georgetown, Jeffersonville, Lanesville, Sellersburg, and New Albany as well as Louisville, Kentucky. When asked why he decided to pursue a career in real estate, Mr. Ward said:

"I was working on an assembly line at Ford Motor Company when my position was eliminated. I took the opportunity to dive head-on into the real estate business. It was the best decision I have ever made as I absolutely love my work and have had a very successful career thus far."

In 2010, Mr. Ward joined RE/MAX and has since grown so popular in his area that he began adding team members. Over the years, his team has grown to eleven members, supported by three administrative assistants; they now proudly sell over three hundred homes per year, making them the third-highest grossing RE/MAX team in Indiana for three years running.
