Jackson Health Foundation

Jackson Health Foundation is encouraging the community to donate to its Miracle Fund to help cover the medical expenses of a South Florida man who was injured trying to assist victims of a car accident on June 25 on 79th Street in Miami. The man, William Hadeo, was hit by a car while assisting victims of a nearby car accident. Haedo was pinned under the car for approximately 20 minutes as a coordinated effort to rescue him unfolded. Emergency responders transported Mr. Haedo to Ryder Trauma Center where he is receiving care.

“Mr. Haedo’s act of selflessness is admirable and I am overwhelmed by the generosity of the community to assist this brave man in his time of need,” said Jackson Health Foundation President and CEO Keith R. Tribble.
