IT Training Company, Tech 2000, Releases Free Email Privacy Course
HERNDON, Va., July 5, 2017 (Newswire.com) - For more than 25 years, Tech 2000 has been meeting the training needs of Fortune 50 clients and their technical employees. In response to the increasing vulnerability of email users within major corporations, Tech 2000 has launched a free initiative in email privacy training.
According to Tech 2000 Chairman Tien Wong, "The problem is that people assume common sense will protect them and their employees against privacy breaches. The economic and security risks are just too great to not take every opportunity to guard yourself and your company from potential exposure."

The root of the initiative is a newly developed online Email Privacy Course. The service is offered free of charge to all email users looking to protect themselves against threats to the privacy and security of their information and electronic correspondence. The course was developed based on privacy attorney Bruce Carlson's "10 Rules of Email Privacy" and is available at https://t2000inc.com/email_privacy_tips. Trainees who successfully complete the course are awarded an Email Privacy Training Certificate.
The course is open and free to all who access the link. Registration is required, but Tech 2000 will not contact trainees or share trainee information with third parties.
Tech 2000 will be working with learning analytics affiliate Lumious, LLC to analyze course usage with the intent of issuing a report on the state of email privacy and email privacy education in the third quarter of this year.
