Ira Proctor Headlines Comedy Night At Empire City Casino July 25

Ira Proctor, Paul Virzi and MC Victor Boda will be featured on Comedy Night at the Empire City "Good Time Room" on July 25. Doors open at 7 p.m., show begins 8 p.m.

Boston's Ira Proctor will bring his comedic talents to Empire City Casino Comedy Night on July 25, when he headlines a night of laughs in the "Good Time Room" at Empire City Casino in Yonkers. Victor Boda will MC the event, which also features New York's own Paul Virzi. Doors open at 7 p.m., with the show beginning at 8 p.m.

Admission is free for Elite members, just $5 for Empire Club members, and $15 for non-members. Each attendee also receives one free drink ticket. Admission is restricted to guests 21 and over.

Proctor has traveled everyplace from Las Vegas to Afghanistan performing comedy. He recently showcased to rave revues at the prestigious Montreal Comedy Festival, was featured on the Today Show, and finished his second season of NESN's Comedy All-Stars. He's the Boston winner of Sierra Mist's "Next Great Comic Search," become a fixture in the Boston Comedy Festival, and has appeared in Comedy Central's "Laugh Riots." Ira's other credits include appearances on ABC's Inside Edition, Fox News, New England Cable News, NBC Nightly News, Chronicle and XM radio along with commercials for Diet Pepsi, Harvey Windows and Bob's Stores.

Recently, Virzi was a semi-finalist for NY's Funniest Comic Competition for the NY Comedy Festival in NYC. He also opened for Bill Burr at The Town Hall in NYC where he killed in front of 1500 people which was also part of the NY Comedy Festival. Paul's Stand-Up can be heard on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio daily. He has recently made a TV appearance on Fox's "Redeye" and was a featured comic on TBS's popular new web show "Todays Riff." He has opened numerous times for some of the best comedians in the business. Comics such as Dave Attell from Comedy Central's "Insomniac" and "The Gong Show" and Bill Burr from Comedy Central's "Chappelle's Show" and his one hour special "Why Do I Do This" are just a couple. Paul has also shared the stage with the likes of Tracey Morgan, Bob Saget, Christopher Titus and Louis CK.

Boda is a New York based comedian who has performed in clubs all over town. He regularly hosts comedy shows at The Village Lantern and The Grisly Pear Comedy Lounge, and has performed at such venues as New York Comedy Club, Broadway Comedy Club, Laugh Lounge, Standup NY, Eastville Comedy Club, and Zink Bar. He has recently appeared on the Discovery Channel show "Hunted." Currently Victor is starring in a pilot for the reality show "Barking."
