IPsoft Awarded New U.S. Patent for its Virtual Cognitive Agent Amelia

NEW YORK--()--After an extensive approval process, IPsoft was granted an important patent directly associated with Amelia, the company’s AI platform. This patent forms an integral part of Amelia’s first iteration and has since been incorporated into her cognitive infrastructure. The new invention and patent, US 9,667,786, was awarded to IPsoft founder and CEO Chetan Dube and is entitled DISTRIBUTED COORDINATED SYSTEM AND PROCESS WHICH TRANSFORMS DATA INTO USEFUL INFORMATION TO HELP A USER WITH RESOLVING ISSUES.
