Invoiced, the leading solution for accounts receivable automation, today announced it achieved numerous milestones in 2018 covering all aspects of its business including customer acquisition and retention, product innovation, market expansion, integration partnerships, staffing and more.

Throughout the year, Invoiced achieved the following:

Customer acquisition and success
As of the end of 2018, Invoiced is now serving more than 20,000 customers and has automated more than $40 billion in receivables on behalf of customers — helping them get paid faster, waste less time on collections and provide a better customer experience. In 2018 alone, Invoiced issued more than seven million invoices on behalf of its customers.

New markets expansion
Building on its success with small business, Invoiced entered the mid-market segment in 2018 to help bigger companies tackle their A/R challenges and automate the work associated with managing hundreds or thousands of invoices per month. The company has already landed many new mid-market accounts including AJ Tutoring, Axiom Medical, Dexter Solutions, Flick Electric, JumpCrew, Ontario Northland, ShipBob, Trimble and many more.

Product innovation
In 2018, Invoiced developed a range of new features that strengthen the company’s leadership position. Key new product capabilities include:

  • A new Smart Chasing Engine for creating fully automated, fully customizable billing communications sequences
  • A range of UI enhancements including new designs for reports, the Invoiced dashboard, customer emails, invoice templating and more
  • Omni-channel billing capabilities that, in addition to email, now include direct mail and text messaging
  • An improved end customer payment portal experience including account statements, AutoPay enrollment and more
  • Support for additional billing and payment scenarios including late fees, recurring subscription add-ons, direct debit payments and more

New customer-centric partnerships and integrations
Invoiced forged and deepened integrations and struck partnerships with other complementary technology providers including, most notably, joining NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Developer Network and developing an integration that makes it effortless and seamless for Invoiced customers using NetSuite to fully automate A/R. Invoiced also announced key new integrations with GoCardless, Lob, Worldpay, QuickBooks Desktop and PieSync as well as enhanced integrations with QuickBooks, Xero and Sage Intacct.

Industry recognition
In 2018, Invoiced has been broadly recognized for its superior capabilities and service to customers. The company has been designated a “Leader” by G2 Crowd, including earning the highest overall rating and the highest score in ease of use within the A/R automation category. The company has also been recognized by Capterra for “Best Ease of Use” and “Best Value.”

Team expansion
To continue its success and pursue growth in new segments in 2018, the company expanded its sales and services teams and hired its first chief marketing officer, veteran SaaS marketing leader Adam Weinroth.

“With an extremely productive and successful 2018 behind us, we’re proud to have made tremendous strides in nearly every facet of our business,” said Jared King, founder and chief executive of Invoiced. “It would be a privilege enough to serve our 20,000-plus customers — but to be rewarded with effusive praise that’s driven even further company growth is truly an honor for our entire team.”
