Introducing 7 Tasty New Soups from Coral Tree Cafe

Coral Tree Cafe's head of culinary, Chef Joseph Gillard, and his talented team have pieced together a new soup of the day menu using bold flavors, all-natural/homemade vegetable broth, and offering an array of healthy vegetarian and vegan options.

Chef Joseph Gillard & his talented culinary team have rolled their sleeves up and have given Coral Tree Cafe's Soups of the Day a complete make-over. Their goal was to combine ingredients that were not only tasty and layered with a variety of complementary flavors, but also sustainable and healthy for their customers. All of these new soups feature an all-natural vegetable stock made from scratch. Coral Tree Cafe will now begin offering their new daily soup menu, featuring these seven healthy, home-made vegetarian and vegan soups. Here is a brief schedule and description of each of their bowl-licking, culinary masterpieces:

Monday - Coral Tree's ever-so-tasty "Split Pea Soup" features Green Split Peas, a mix of veggies, vegetable stock, turkey bacon, and smoked sea salt.

Tuesday - A "Creamy Cauliflower Soup," with a vegetarian cream base, roasted cauliflower, and other tasty veggies. Garnished with roasted cauliflower florets. *Vegetarian

Wednesday - A bold, flavorful "Five-Onion Soup" - the name just about gives its ingredients away. Garnished with garlic chive pesto. *Vegan

Thursday - A mouthwatering, gluten-free "Roasted Tomato Soup" made with light cream, veggies, and garnished with a touch of basil pesto (Does not contain nuts). *Vegetarian

Friday - A savory, "Golden Lentil Soup with Curry," featuring fresh vegetables, vegetable stock, and curry powder. Garnished with curry-infused yogurt. *Vegetarian *Hold the garnish for a Vegan offering

Saturday - A master-crafted "Roasted Parsnip Soup" made with a a vegetable stock/cream base, roasted parsnips, pear, and other root veggies. Garnished with roasted carrots. *Vegetarian

Sunday - 'Tis the season for "Creamy Winter Squash Soup," with butternut squash, apple, onion & leek, and a vegetable stock/cream base. Garnished with a zestful ginger gremolata. *Vegetarian

Each of these soups will be available only one day per week, and can be ordered solo or alongside a variety of fresh salads, sandwiches, or paninis. These soups are seasonal and subject to change.
