International UFO Symposium Lands in Denver
DENVER, June 22, 2022 (Newswire.com) - The 52nd Annual International MUFON UFO Symposium will be held in Denver at the downtown Sheraton Hotel at 1550 Court Pl. from July 7-10. The symposium is an annual gathering of top speakers in their respective fields presenting evidence and research concerning the history and ongoing investigations into the UFO phenomenon.
This year's theme will be UFOs in the Spotlight, with a focus on how the media presents information on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) today as opposed to the past.
MUFON's list of presenters will highlight how the internet, podcasts, television and social media platforms report on unexplained sightings. The three-day symposium features a dozen speakers including:
- Peter Robbins: The Origins of UFO Ridicule: How America's Greatest Newspaper Helped Perpetrate America's Greatest Deception
- Peter Davenport: Three Decades of UFO Sightings: Where is it Going, and What Does it Mean
- Don Schmitt: Media Suppression of the Reality of UFOS … Began at Roswell
- We also have two U.S. Congressmen scheduled to talk about the need for disclosure.
MUFON is an Ohio-based international non-profit organization whose mission is the scientific study of UFOs for the benefit of humanity.
