International Public Safety Association Launches a New Committee for Public Safety on Emerging Technologies

The Emerging Technologies in Public Safety Committee is responsible for providing the International Public Safety Association with contemporary information on all matters relating to the development and implementation of operational and tactical technology solutions that have application in Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Emergency Management, and Security. This multidiscipline committee will publish documents, articles, and influence recommended policies to assist Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Emergency Management, and Security professionals in the understanding of the benefits, costs, policies, and complexities of implementing and managing new technologies.
