Nannapat Sage, Executive Coach at Potentia LLC

Nannapat Sage, also known as Nanna, has more than a decade of experience working as an executive recruiter and talent manager. “I’ve been working with hundreds of leaders in the past to help them move up in their career and have always been curious about what makes them tick and perform,” she said.

That curiosity ultimately inspired Ms. Sage to go into the field of executive coaching, where she has studied such techniques as psychometric assessment, 360 feedback and many leadership theories. “There is so much information that you can find about leadership,” she said. “And the question is ‘Which one is the best one?’ There’s no definite answer to that. What I believe is that everyone has their unique genius. When they can use their natural ability and combine that with the work they love, they will be unstoppable.”

As an executive coach at Potentia LLC, Ms. Sage helps others achieve professional success. “I help companies identify their talent gap and develop a better talent pipeline as well as help executives and leaders to become better leaders through coaching processes that shift their mindset and adjust their behaviors so they can see the positive results in a short period of time,” she said. She is a Leadership Development Consultant, a Certified Executive Coach, Business Performance Coach, Positive Psychology Practitioner and a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.

“My main skills are talent management, leadership development and coaching,” added Ms. Sage. “I currently help companies that need help in these areas. Clients come to me when they have high turnover, unnecessary conflicts or team management issues.” She admits it can be challenging to convince executives to make the necessary changes. “To unwire and rewire can take time and effort but it could be done,” Ms. Sage said. “The results are phenomenal. That’s why it’s also the most rewarding feeling when I can help them overcome their roadblocks, step up to the next level of their career and live a happier life.”

Ms. Sage looks forward to continuing to grow her business. “My goal is to help leaders connect with their purpose and genius zone so that they can have greater impact,” she said. “The better the leader, the better the team performance, the happier the employees."
