International Association of Women Recognizes Kat Anstine as a 2019-2020 Influencer

Kat Anstine, Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Bound for Growth, joins networking organization

The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Kat Anstine as a 2019-2020 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in entrepreneurship. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local US-based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.

“I’m pleased to welcome Kat into this exceptional group of professional women,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”

A born communicator and problem solver, Kat Anstine went on to forge a highly successful career in marketing. For more than 15 years, she steadily climbed the corporate ladder in her chosen field. She ultimately became the Chief Operating Officer at a marketing credit union service organization. “It was in the nonprofit/not-for-profit space where I found others who shared my passion for service,” she said.

Although she savored the challenges and rewards of her career, including managing, mentoring and leading diverse award-winning teams, aligning internal and external communication, creating new revenue streams, reinventing brands, handling conflict management, or reporting to a CEO and board of directors, an unexpected illness made Ms. Anstine reevaluate her career.

During her lengthy recuperation and “some hardcore reflection,” Ms. Anstine made the decision to pursue a career where she could reconnect with her passions for helping those who strive to help others. “This past November, I founded Bound for Growth to empower those who serve the greater good,” she said.

In her role as Chief Growth Officer of the recently launched company, Ms. Anstine works with community organizations to unlock their potential, so they can continue to grow and support their communities. Using her expertise and the skills she has honed in marketing, management, operations, implementation and coaching with B2B, B2C, nonprofits and not-for-profits, Ms. Anstine, who is a Certified Social and Emotional Intelligence Coach, implements strategic, marketing and cultural solutions to ensure her clients’ success.

“By combining forces with community organizations, I believe we can all grow forward together,” she added.
