CHICAGO, September 18, 2018 (Newswire.com) - The International Association of Women (IAW) recognizes Jennifer Vatza as a 2018-2019 Influencer. She is acknowledged as a leader in entrepreneurship. The International Association of Women (IAW) is a global in-person and online networking platform with nearly one million members, 1000+ in person and virtual events, over 100 Local US-based Chapters and International Chapters in several cities in China.
“I’m pleased to welcome Jennifer into this exceptional group of professional women,” said IPDN President and IAW Spokesperson Star Jones. “Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.”
I focus on supporting clients who are looking for a holistic approach to managing stress, anxiety, sleep issues, skincare, and acute or chronic aches and pains.
Jennifer Vatza, Owner & Certified Aromatherapist, Restorative Aromatics
Jennifer Vatza first began using essential oils for her own health and wellness needs in 2011. A few years later, she attended a workshop on yoga and essential oils at her local yoga studio and her passion and interest grew. “I began to explore using essential oils for my overall health and wellness,” Ms. Vatza said. “I began working on my Level One Aromatherapy Certification Program through the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies. I became a Certified Aromatherapist in February 2018 and joined the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapists." She also completed the Aromatherapy Teach Training Program through the Aromahead Institute in July 2018.
Wanting to share what she learned about the healing powers of essential oils with others, Ms. Vatza recently founded Restorative Aromatics to provide aromatherapy services and education in addition to the online store. “I focus on supporting clients who are looking for a holistic approach to managing stress, anxiety, sleep issues, skincare, and acute or chronic aches and pains,” she said. Ms. Vatza engages with clients through in-person workshops and social media. “I manage most of the operations and work with a digital marketing colleague who helps out with my social media properties, digital marketing and other items so I can focus on client engagement, product creation, website management and my additional certifications.”
Ms. Vatza has advanced skills in creating aromatic products using essential oils, herbs, butters, carrier oils, waxes and other ingredients. “My passion is for creating aromatic and therapeutic blends based on experiential instinct,” she said. “I also have professional experience in website management, digital content creation, social media management, creative arts and photography.”
Although she holds down a full-time job at a university managing a department’s website, Ms. Vatza is committed to growing her new business. She is in the process of opening an Etsy store and is currently working on a webinar series and several eBooks. “I would love to be able to run my aromatherapy business full-time perhaps, even having a flagship store and educational facility in Philadelphia,” she added.
